sudden appearance of any symptoms , whether numbness , weakness ,memory loss or loss of speech should be taken seriously and person getting affected should come to emergency immediately . Any symptoms appearing suddenly could be stroke , and if reached within golden hour which is 4.5 hours from the onset of symptoms, patient can undergo thrombolysis or Thrombectomy which can be done up to 6 hours after the onset.
